Article 1 (Purpose)

These Terms set out the conditions and procedures for using the internet-related services (the "Services") provided through NAMANE Store (the "Mall"), operated by i-Aurora co., Ltd. (the "Company"), and define the rights, obligations, and responsibilities of the Company and its users.

Article 2 (Definitions)

  1. "Mall" means the virtual place of business (NAMANE Store) set up by the Company to trade goods or services with users via information and communications facilities such as computers and mobile devices.
  2. "User" means any member or non-member who accesses the Mall and receives the Services under these Terms.
  3. "Member" means a person who has registered by providing personal information to the Company and may continuously use the Services.
  4. "Non-member" means a person who uses the Services without registering as a member.

Article 3 (Posting and Amendment of Terms)

  1. The Company posts these Terms on the initial service screen of the Mall so that users can easily review them.
  2. The Company may amend these Terms within the scope that does not violate applicable laws, including the Act on Consumer Protection in Electronic Commerce.
  3. When amending these Terms, the Company will announce the effective date and reasons together with the current Terms at least 7 days before the effective date (at least 30 days in advance for changes unfavorable to users). A user who does not agree to the amended Terms may request withdrawal of membership.

Article 4 (Provision and Change of Services)

The Company provides the following Services:

  • Information on, and conclusion of purchase contracts for, K-pop official goods, albums, photocards, and other merchandise
  • Booking and sale of services such as concert tickets, exhibitions, fan-sign events, and hotel/accommodation packages
  • Delivery of purchased goods or issuance of vouchers (QR)
  • Other supplementary services determined by the Company

Where goods are out of stock or technical specifications change, the Company may change the content of goods to be provided under future contracts and will immediately announce the changed content and the date of provision.

Article 5 (Suspension of Services)

The Company may temporarily suspend the Services in the event of maintenance, replacement, or breakdown of information and communications facilities, or interruption of communications. In such cases, the Company will notify users of the reason before or after the suspension.

Article 6 (Membership and Eligibility)

  1. A user applies for membership by completing the registration form and indicating agreement to these Terms and to the collection and use of personal information.
  2. The Company may refuse registration or later terminate the agreement in cases of identity theft, false information, or failure to meet the registration requirements set by the Company.
  3. Users are responsible for safeguarding their account credentials (email and password) and may not transfer or lend them to any third party.

Article 7 (Purchase Application and Formation of Contract)

A user applies to purchase by reviewing product information, selecting options and a payment method, and agreeing to these Terms; the purchase contract is formed when the Company accepts the application by sending a confirmation of receipt.

The Company may decline or withhold acceptance where goods are out of stock, where a minor has entered into a contract without the consent of a legal representative, or where the application contains errors.

Article 8 (Payment Methods)

Payment for goods purchased on the Mall may be made by credit card, simple payment, bank transfer, or other methods provided by the Company. Payments are processed through the payment gateway (PG) integrated by the Company.

Article 9 (Withdrawal of Subscription and Refunds)

Withdrawal of subscription and refunds are governed by the Act on Consumer Protection in Electronic Commerce and the Company’s separate "Cancellation & Refund Policy." Certain goods, such as concert tickets and accommodation, may be subject to restrictions on withdrawal by their nature; in such cases the Company clearly discloses this fact before purchase.

Article 10 (Protection of Personal Information)

The Company protects users’ personal information in accordance with the Personal Information Protection Act and other applicable laws; details are set out in the Company’s separate "Privacy Policy."

Article 11 (Obligations of the Company and Users)

  • The Company will not engage in acts prohibited by applicable laws or these Terms, or contrary to public order and morals, and will endeavor to provide the Services continuously and stably.
  • Users must promptly update their member information when it changes and must not misappropriate others’ information, alter posted information without authorization, or infringe the intellectual property rights of the Company or third parties.

Article 12 (Disclaimer)

The Company is exempt from liability where it cannot provide the Services due to force majeure, the user’s fault, or reasons beyond the Company’s reasonable control, except for damages caused by the Company’s willful misconduct or gross negligence.

Article 13 (Dispute Resolution and Governing Law)

  1. The Company operates a customer center to address legitimate opinions or complaints and to compensate for damages.
  2. These Terms and transactions between the Company and users are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea, and lawsuits relating to use of the Services are filed with the competent court under the Civil Procedure Act.
