Cancellation & Refund Policy

1. Withdrawal of Subscription
Under the Act on Consumer Protection in Electronic Commerce, users may withdraw their subscription within 7 days from the date the goods are supplied (or supply begins). Where the goods differ from the displayed/advertised content or are performed differently from the contract, users may withdraw within 3 months from the supply date, or within 30 days from the date they became aware (or could have become aware) of the fact.
2. Restrictions on Withdrawal
Withdrawal may be restricted in the following cases; the Company clearly discloses this and obtains separate consent before purchase:
- Goods lost or damaged due to reasons attributable to the user (excluding damage to packaging to check contents)
- Goods whose value has significantly decreased due to use or partial consumption (e.g., opened albums or photocards)
- Goods whose value has significantly decreased over time such that resale becomes difficult
- Services provided for a specific date or period—such as concert/exhibition/fan-sign tickets and hotel/accommodation packages—where the use date is imminent or use has begun
- Vouchers already used (e.g., QR verified)
- Reproducible digital content where provision has begun (excluding the unprovided portion of divisible services)
- Custom-made goods produced individually per the user’s order
3. Refund Procedure and Timing
- Users may request withdrawal/refund through My Page or the customer center.
- The Company processes the refund within 3 business days from the date it receives the withdrawal request (or the date returned goods are received, if a return is required).
- For credit-card or simple-payment purchases, additional business days may be required per the card/payment company’s policy once the Company cancels the approval.
4. Return Costs
- Withdrawal due to a change of mind: the user bears the return cost.
- Withdrawal due to a defect or performance differing from the contract: the Company bears the return cost.
5. Exchange
If delivered goods are defective, damaged, or wrongly shipped, contact the customer center within 7 days of receipt for an exchange with the same item. If an exchange is not possible due to lack of stock, a refund will be issued.
